Docs Text: Transactions Labels validation - Support for checking
transaction labels allows you to monitor the creation of transactions using
dynamic, modifiable rules. The label is a free transaction description that can
be used to cancel certain transactions. In the validation framework, it is
possible to check the correctness of the label at the start of the transaction,
as well as its extended validation; checking the timeout setting; etc.
