IgniteCacheClientReconnectTest#testClientInForceServerModeStopsOnExchangeHistoryExhaustion
If IgniteNeedReconnectException happend we should stop the node if reconnect
doesn't supported. But after https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IGNITE-8673
we became to ignore this case.
