I've updated PR from master as IGNITE-4191 has been merged recently.
* Fixed CacheMvccTransactions hanging.
* Fixed GridIndexRebuildSelfTest hanging. (IGNITE-7259)
* Fixed incorrect node stopping on tests finish.
* Fixed racec in Vacuum with concurrent cache stopping.
* Move Mvcc tests to separate test suites.
* Fix .NET grid configuration validation.
* Fix wrong ScanQuery mvcc snapshot usage. (IGNITE-8318)
* Fix incorrect iterator closing when last element has been fetched.
(IGNITE-9428 partial fix)
* Fix styles.
