If cache configuration validation failed on cache start,
then seems exchange future rollback cache starting procedure correctly and user
get expected exception.
But then its starts to initialize broken cache which is unexpected.
We should skip broken caches.
PFA stacktraces.
Steps to reproduce:
- Try start cache with *invalid* configuration and ignore catched exception.
- Next start cache with *valid* configuration will hangs
