Currently, streaming could be enabled only with the {{set streaming on}} SQL 
statement. Add connection string attributes, so the connection is opened with 
active streaming mode.

Suggested attributes list:

{{streamingBatchSize}}

{{streamingFlushFrequency}}

{{streamingPerNodeBufferSize}}

{{streamingPerNodeParallelOperations}}

{\{streamingAllowOverwrite}}
