[~Artem Budnikov], Looks good. I've added Java example for the configuration.
Additionally, I would suggest to explain other methods to tune the WAL Archive.
For example, how do I configure archiving for only 2 or 3 hrs of logging, how
do I control the size of the archive, can it be trimmed.
Let's rename Disabling WAL Archiving -> Tuning WAL Archive; place WAL Archive
Compaction under Tuning WAL Archive; followed by other tuning methods.
