If installation instruction should be in the release
ignite/modules/platforms/nodejs/README.md

If cfg file to generate the API spec should be in the release
 ignite/modules/platforms/nodejs/nodejs/api_spec/conf.json

If tests should be in the release
 ignite/modules/platforms/nodejs/spec
