{{IgniteCacheDatabaseSharedManager}} has a static field {{REUSE_MEMORY}}. At
the same time,
{{IgniteClusterActivateDeactivateTestWithPersistenceAndMemoryReuse}} sets and
clears the system property, which does not have any effect on the initialized
field, so looks like we do not test anything. The {{REUSE_MEMORY}} field should
not be static.
Please make the change and re-run TC.
