Description:
When IGNITE-3467 is done, we need to add few words about possible catalog
tables catalog name.
What we need to document:
1) Thre are no tables/indexes without catalog (tables which catalog is equal to
empty string {{""}}, not null!).
2) The only possible catalog for tables is "IGNITE".
