Description:
This issue is related to IGNITE-10189.
In case of invalid cipher suite name GridNioSslFilter failed with assertion in
org.apache.ignite.internal.util.nio.ssl.GridNioSslFilter#sslHandler method.
Need to investigate and fix.
See test: ClientSslParametersTest.testNonExistentCipherSuite()
