[~vozerov], thanks for your explanation.
Related to 1st point my thought is following:
wrap method required only one additional parameter - CacheObjectValueContext.
It can be added to signature of wrap and moved to H2Utils.
As of now IgniteH2Indexing class really huge and complex, will be better don't
add responsibility here if it possible.
