[~rkondakov], this was partially resolved.
NotMappedPartitionInTxTest still fails due to unexpected exception message and
requires trivial fix.
Also, this ticket is mentioned in number of TODO's in
CacheMvccAbstractSqlCoordinatorFailoverTest.
Seems, we have to fix Exception handling for sql queries as well.
