IGNITE-10900 explains the benefits of setting consistent ID explicitly and
suggests adding a warning it isn't. However, currently changing consistentId
for each node is rather cumbersome if the nodes share the configuration.
It would be good to add a new system property as a shorthand way to set
consistent ID.
