Description:
We need to gather performance statistics for all types SQL indexes.
It should be at least number of look up, scans, inline miss.
Also need to investigate which statistics can be added here.
After the ticket will be done we should expose it through JMX and SQL system
view.

Consider at least BTREE indexes, however may be we can also do it for all other
types of indexes.
