[~Jokser], a few comments:
1) Since we are fixing {{CacheStoreFactory}}, we should as well include 
{{storeSesLsnrs}} to the lazy set - it has the same lifecycle as the cache 
store, should be easy
2) Can we add the annotation to the following fields (even if they still will 
be deserialized right away, just to make sure that the serialization protocol 
is changed only once): {{evictPlcFactory}}, {{evictFilter}}
3) Does {{NearCacheConfiguration}} support this concept? It also has a field 
{{nearEvictPlcFactory}} that should be serialized separately
