Description: GridCommandHandlerIndexingTest. extends
GridCommandHandlerTest. It's bad design. We should create common abstract test
class and extend it in GridCommandHandlerIndexingTest and
GridCommandHandlerTest. (was: We shouldn't throw GridNotIdleException, if
checkpoint contains dirty pages related to ignite-sys-cache (system background
activities) only.)
