    Description: 
create a 2 nodes cluster with version 2.7.5 in aws

stop node1 then restart node1, node1 fails to rejoin the cluster (instead split 
brain occurs)

tested with 2.7.0 and 2.7.5.

issues never occurred in 2.7.0

ignite process runs inside docker for both tests.
