Description:
Fixed test:
- *.testMassiveServersShutdown2
- Fixed isStopped flag was't set during disconnect
- Don't allow "NodeStoppingException" to fail checkpoint thread on stopping
Test improvements:
- Add page lock tracker and failure handler for all BPlustTree tests
