Description:
Partitions response never contains caches for which affinity awareness is not
applicable (unlike specified by the protocol) even if information for these
caches was explicitly requested.
.NET thin client also fails while processing messages for caches without
partitions information.

If partitions distribution was requested for caches, for which affinity
awareness is not applicable, then the response does not include information
about these caches.
