[~dmagda] [~mmuzaf] Guys, I suggest to move this ticket to 2.9 or 3.0, no
chance to finish that release (need changes in Ignite Core, clients and
ignite-tf integration and also merging the changes to tensorflow).
I'll start the discussion with tensorflow community and prepare PR in February
2020
