Client nodes are affected.
Seems, proper solution is to remove
{{org.apache.ignite.internal.IgniteFeatures#PME_FREE_SWITCH}} from some node's
attributes to have {{allNodesSupports(fut.firstEventCache().allNodes(),
PME_FREE_SWITCH)}} false.
So in other words, we'll restrict pme-free switch by regular logic.
Thoughts?
