Summary: Deprecate obsolete configuration properties

Following properties were discovered as obsolete (no usages in codebase):
* TransactionConfiguration.PessimisticTxLogSize
* TransactionConfiguration.PessimisticTxLogLinger
* CacheConfiguration.DefaultLockTimeout
Let's deprecate them.
Note that we are not going to remove them at this stage to avoid possible
compatibility issues.
