I suggest ADMIN_CACHE mark @Deprecated
and replace it in the GridRestProcessor with CACHE_CREATE / CACHE_DESTROY
while maintaining backward compatibility for ADMIN_CACHE.
This will allow us to remove ADMIN_CACHE in the future.
