Patch "a" makes the following corrections:
- JDK7 debug options;
- MaxPermSize increased to 512m;
- service script logs std out and err to special file ignite.out -- this is
very helpful in case if node crashes before logging system is initialized
(this, in fact, fixes IGNITE-346 ).
- changed comments in config/hadoop/default-config.xml to better explain the
user how to configure the 2ndary filesystem.
