Currently we allow to load configurations from Spring XML file providing its
local path or URL. Need to add an option to do the same, but providing
{{InputStream}} instead.
Two methods should be added:
* {{Ignition.start(InputStream in)}}
* {{Ignition.loadSpringBean(InputStream in, String beanName)}}
