Artem Sh have investigate this problem: look at the attached log received
during starting ExampleNodeStartup for ignite-update-notifier branch.
If PERIODIC_VER_CHECK_CONN_TIMEOUT = 10_000 and network connection is slow
reportStatus method run earlier than checkForNewVersion can catch release
version from site.
Increasing PERIODIC_VER_CHECK_CONN_TIMEOUT value resolve this problem (in our
case we need 16000 ms for get version from site)
