I've created protocol handler for 'classpath:' protocol. After executing
org.apache.ignite.internal.util.protocols.classpath.Handler#setup() all URLs
will support 'classpath:' prefix.
Handler#setup() executes in static initializer of IgniteEx.
Yakov, please, review branch ignite-1185 (branched from ignite-1.3.3)
