Decided not to use temporary tables (it will not be fast to create/drop them)
instead implemented ThreadLocal based Table wrapper for MergeTables . We will
have an on demand growing list of these thread local table wrappers each of
them will hold actual MergeTable for reduce query. It will allow to create and
drop them really fast.
Also implemented some optimizations related to expression result type
calculation in queries (calculate types only for expressions in SELECT clause)
and got rid of additional face of query parsing.
