Cause: the docker instance with auto triggering was restarted but auto
triggering configuration was not saved at image.
New approach: configure auto triggering on one of the hosts of docker instances.
The script already has been configured (all TC builds were triggered for
pending patches), need just configure cron scheduling.
Also, one new TC build ID 'Ignite_RunAll' have to be added to
env.TC_BUILD_EXCLUDE_LIST (Currently it is done via script).
