Unfortunately, the javax.cache:cache-api:1.0.0 mvn artifact does contain OSGi
headers, but its exports are not complete, e.g. javax.cache.configuration is
not exported.
I have opened the ticket SM-2651 in the SMX project to create a fixed bundle in
that project.
Already submitted a PR. Hopefully it'll be merged soon.
