I have reviewed "Load from database" functionality:
The text on the popup should look as follows:

database schema.
1. Download and unzip ignite-web-agent
2. For list of options, run {{ignite-web-agent.[sh|bat] --help}}
3. To test drive, run {{ignite-web-agent.[sh|bat] --test-metadata}}
