in the document - PARQUET_FALLBACK_SCHEMA_RESOLUTION Query Option (CDH 5.8 or
higher only), there is a confusing information about the meaning of this option.

We can set this value in PARQUET_FALLBACK_SCHEMA_RESOLUTION Query Option.
1. PARQUET_FALLBACK_SCHEMA_RESOLUTION = 0 or position ( 0 means position)
2. PARQUET_FALLBACK_SCHEMA_RESOLUTION = 1 or name ( 1 means name)
