Query option to restrict the execution of risky queries.
Feature Request:

Please enahnce Impala with a query option to restrict the execution of risk
queries.
For instance, in Hive, the parameter "set hive.mapred.mode=strict" will reject
queries based in the following criteria:
1) Queries on partitioned tables are not permitted unless they include a
partition filter in the WHERE clause.
2) Queries doing Cartesian product (cross join).
