We should automatically cherry-pick relevant changes from Kudu to Impala. This
should happen for all folders that we share ({{rpc, util, security}}), possibly
also for {{security}}.
[copybara|https://github.com/google/copybara] might be helpful for this.
However, something similar to the Jenkins job that did the master -> 2.x
mirroring might already be enough.
