Support for authorization policy file has been deprecated in Impala and it does
not work with object ownership. Furthermore, authorization policy file is very
specific to Sentry. Supporting authorization policy will make it difficult to
create a generic authorization framework in Impala. Hence, the task will
involve removing support for authorization policy file.
