Currently all Iceberg-related tables are under functional_parquet.
Since there are already quite a few of them, and the Iceberg support matured a
lot lately, probably it's time to create functional_iceberg and move the tables
there. And execute all the common functional tests on Iceberg tables.
It'd be nice to have functional_iceberg_parquet, functional_iceberg_orc,
functional_iceberg_avro in the future, though it might not fit in the current
fileformat/compression scheme (functional_text_bzip).
