Saw bin/bootstrap_system.sh fail in installing snappy-devel:

+ sudo yum install -y '--enablerepo=[Pp]ower[Tt]ools*' snappy-develError:
Unknown repo: '[Pp]ower[Tt]ools*'{code}
I'm able to proceed after removing the "enablerepo" option.
