The query timeline display should support the following features
simultaneously, while concurring with browser resize events and scrolling.
+ To scroll through the fragment timing diagram, and to horizontally scale
fragment events
+ To increase/decrease number of timetick values in the timeline display
+ To increase/decrease precision of timetick values in the timeline display
