Summary: Expose event-processing timeline/progress in WebUI

It'd be helpful if the catalogd webui can show timeline for processing each
batch of HMS events.
* In the timeline, show the start/end time of processing each event. Also show
the original eventTime of them.
* The timeline can be expanded to show the top 10 events that take the longest
time to process, or have the longest delay (processTime - eventTime).
* Keep the last 100 batches (configurable).
