Add the ability to query LLMs from Impala. Users will be able to create a UDFs
or built-in functions that sends a prompt to an LLM and receives a response
(assuming they have an API key for the LLM), enabling them to integrate LLM
intelligence into their Impala workflow (could be used for data generation,
data transformation, text-to-SQL, data editing, data summarization, and much
more).
