On some versions of Hadoop, the hadoop-cloud-storage package can have a
dependency on log4j-slf4j-impl. Impala bans this and will fail to build against
these versions. We need to exclude this added dependency to build properly.
This is something we can do proactively even if the current version of Hadoop
does not have this issue.
