A follow-up task for IMPALA-12908. Currently we store the fragment id of the
tuple cache entry as the metadata, which helps correctness checking to identify
which fragment created the tuple cached entry. The task is to see whether we
can also add client identifier information to enhance the tuple cache
correctness check.
