It would be useful to run the TPC-H and TPC-DS tests with tuple caching as part
of precommit. To do that, it would be useful for the default setup for
precommit to include a tuple cache setup (i.e. provide the TUPLE_CACHE_DIR).
Since tuple caching is only enabled if the query option is set, all tests would
run normally even with this specified. Having this available as part of the
default configuration allows these tests to run as part of the regular
precommit test and achieve the regular parallelism.
