The static test data for Iceberg tables uses relative paths in their metadata.
This can cause problems when these test tables are modified, eg.: DELETE-ing
from them as the newly created delete files will refer to full URIs, and during
Iceberg planning, the planning might miss these delete files as their paths
won't match. Also, the Iceberg spec requires full URIs:
[https://iceberg.apache.org/spec/#manifests]
