We should add a new column "Different Error Msg" to the jenkins report found
here:

which is ran from here:
https://jenkins.impala.io/view/all/job/calcite-report-prototype/
...to show when both the Impala planner test and the Calcite planner test both
throw exceptions but have different error messages
