Summary: Enable Hive/Yarn in minicluster with Ozone for data
loading

We should start YARN and the full Hive server when running with Ozone to bring
it to better parity with HDFS testing. We should also try data load with this
rather than using a snapshot file. These steps would let us enable additional
tests and improve the development experience of using the minicluster with
Ozone.
We'll want to continue to exclude Hbase, I wasn't able to bring it up with only
Ozone.
