Impala has detailed query profiles which help users to fine-tune the queries
(using query options or query hints). These infomation can actually be used by
Impala itself in planning new queries, e.g. fixing wrong estimation, bad join
order, useless runtime filters, etc.
This Epic tracks the work of adding History Based Optimizer for Impala.
