test_encryption_exprs fails with the following error:

failed:UDF ERROR: AES mode AES_128_GCM is not supported by OpenSSL version
(OpenSSL 1.1.1k FIPS 25 Mar 2021) that Impala was built against.{noformat}
This is since IMPALA-14666.
