By default, the information_schema database is blacklisted in Impala. If the
`--blacklisted_dbs` flag is set, this database is no longer automatically
blacklisted unless it is included in the custom list of blacklisted dbs.
Until [IMPALA-12583|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IMPALA-12583] is
implemented, this database should always be blacklisted.
