Summary: Support for OSI Metric Views Stored in Apache Polaris

Apache Spark 4.2 introduced native support for *Metric Views* (SPARK-54119),
and the Apache Polaris community is standardizing the *Open Semantic
Interchange (OSI / Apache Ossie)* specification as a native asset type in open
catalog metadata.
Currently, Cloudera Data Platform (CDP) lacks native engine-side support for
reading and resolving these governed semantic layers. As a result, customers
face semantic drift and duplicated business logic across analytics tools.
This ticket requests native query support in Impala to read, resolve, and
execute Metric Views defined in Polaris via the OSI specification.
